Fees & Student Management System (for Primary School) :
It is a web based application for managing the billing system for the operations in Primary schools (for Grade I to IV).
It is aimed to be user friendly. Manage student billing from bill payments to tuition plans, and record keeping for Students.
Features Included
- Dashboard : It shows about the total paid and unpaid students and all others at one place to get the details aout the number of people covered and left for billing.
- Managing student : Details of existing classes can be edited and also new class can be added.
- Security staff : Security personnel can be managed through this feature.
- Student logs : Details of students such as name, contact details, address etc are displayed.
To implement this project, follow the steps below:
STEP 1:
Download Code and copy to root directory of localhost.
STEP 2:
Create database with name fees_student_management_system
STEP 3:
Select created database and import data from fees_student_management_system.sql file. This file located inside sql folder inside your downloaded folder.
STEP 4:
Now run login.php file from localhost.
Eg. http://localhost/project1/login.php
By visiting login.php you can see the below page :
STEP 5:
Operations in this application is handled by only the admin.
Login with Password : admin@123
STEP 6:
After login you can see the dashboard.
On this page you can see different options:
Students : From this Section we can manage Students and billing operations.
Security Staff : From this Section we can manage all Security personal.
