Online News Portal Project in PHP

Hey guys, today I will show you how to make a news portal with php language. In this ‘Online News Portal in PHP project’ tutorial, you will be able to see different types of news. In addition to that, you can also login to the portal and add your own news.

To implement this PHP project, follow the steps below:

STEP 1:

Download Code and copy to root directory of localhost.

STEP 2:

Create database with name newsportal.

STEP 3:

Select created database and import data from newsportal.sql file. This file located inside sql folder inside your downloaded folder.

STEP 4:

Now run index.php file from localhost.
Eg. http://localhost/newsportal/index.php

By visiting index.php, You can see static blocks.

STEP 4:

After clicking on “Trending” you will be able to see news.

STEP 5:

After clicking on the login, you will get the option for login and registration. If you have already registered than enter your email and password, if not than click on Sign Up Button and register yourself.

After login you will be able to see all the news according to categories.

STEP 6:

You can also add news by clicking on add Post button.

STEP 7:

For Admin Access:

use url:- http://localhost/furniture/loginadmin.php

Login Details:

Username : admin@gmail.com | Password : admin123

STEP 8:

After Login you can see all the categories , post, users etc. and can also add more categories and post.
